Optimum Mobile Unlimited Max is Optimum’s top plan option, but based on its lack of premium data, Navi categorizes it as a mid-level cell phone plan. 

On these cell phone plans, after a certain amount of data usage, Optimum Mobile will slow your data down to 3G speeds.

These plans are best for those who are already Optimum Internet customers. While you can get on an Optimum Mobile cell phone plan if you’re not an Optimum Internet user, you’ll have to pay an additional monthly surcharge that significantly increases the price.
